ABEC is a community initiative to create business and employment in the Arklow area of County Wicklow.
A private limited company with charitable status, ABEC directors were all handpicked from prominent local businesses, the Chamber Of Commerce, the Local Enterprise Office and Wicklow County Council. Their mandate was to help us to build a centre of enterprise.
ABEC is a place where small businesses could begin their journeys without excessive cost – a home where like-minded business people could help each other through mentoring, support and trade.
