GlenartOutdoors is an outdoor events company operating from the Glenart Castle grounds in Arklow Co Wicklow. Running since 2013 they specialize in bringing you fun themed events set against the backdrop of Glenart Castle grounds and surrounding woodland.

Their main event each year is the Halloween Ghost Train ride through the forest which attracts thousands of visitors each year.

If you think last year was scary, think again! Brace yourself for the most terrifying experience of your life as the train brings you into your darkest nightmare, in a forest filled with creatures that will make your skin crawl. Walk into the haunted darkness if you dare!

Take the Family on a train ride deep into the heart of the haunted forest of Glenart. Beware of the Zombies, they run faster than you think! Keep your eyes peeled for the insane wood cutter and join the witches in a spell to help you home safely.

Christmas Dinner at The Loaves & Fishes Cafe

The Loaves & Fishes Cafe is delighted to invite you all for dinner on Christmas day. TBPS Photography Exhibition 

Moments in time2The TBPS are launching their Photographic Exhibition “Moments in Time” in the Arklow Visual Arts (Sunbeam House Services Building) on the main street in Arklow, on Monday November 2nd 7-9pm. Free Admission. Guest Speaker Podge Kelly, FIPF – EFIAP – LSWPP Donations/Door Prize, Raffle in aid of Arklow RNLI. The exhibition will run from the 2nd of November to the 13th of November. All Welcome.

Dell staff raise funds for St Joseph’s

Funds were presented to the ASD Unit at St Joseph’s NS, Templerainey last week following a number of fundraising events organised by Dell Computers where Niall Byrne – a parent of one of the pupils works. In excess of €1700 was raised and presented to the school last Friday. Principal Mary Dalton accepted the donation from Colm Green of Dell and the event was also attended by Niall, his daughter Freya, her fellow students and staff at the ASD Unit.
