Hurry to the Curry

The biggest fundraiser of the year for the Arklow RNLI will take place on Friday January 26^th in the Arklow Bay Hotel at 8pm. Music on the night will be by The Groove and there are great spot prizes to be won!

Tickets are €20 and are on sale now from Arklow Life Boat Station or the Arklow Bay Hotel.

 

Craft Fair Bridgewater

 

 The Arklow Craft Fair takes place in the Bridgewater Shopping Centre from 12 noon to 6pm on the first Sunday of every month.

Stalls will display an array of arts, crafts & giftware all of which have been created by local craftspeople and artists.

Story Time

 

Starbucks have teamed up with Eason’s to provide children with a free story time every Saturday at 11am. From now until the end of the year, bring children to the Starbucks kids’ corner for them to enjoy the story of the week!

Arklow Shipping Silver Band

Arklow Shipping Silver Band is one of the top brass bands in Ireland with multiple awards achieved over the years.

They will be celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.

Arklow Shipping Silver Band are delighted to announce they are reaching out for some new talent and would welcome new members to join.

 Arklow Music Festival

 

Now in its 49^th year, Arklow Music Festival will take place in a variety of venues across the town from Saturday March 3^rd till Sunday, March 11^th.

Entries for the festival are now open and are available online http://arklowmusicfestival.com/. These must be submitted to the festival office no later than Tuesday January 16^th.
