2017 ARKLOW MUSIC FESTIVAL
Thousands of competitors are expected to visit the town during the 48th annual festival which runs from Saturday March 4th to Sunday March 12th. The competition wouldn’t be possible without the expertise of the adjudicators and this year an impressive panel will assess the many performances. The events will now take place at Arklow CBS on the Coolgreaney Road and not the Bridgewater centre. For further information on this year’s festival call the festival office on 0402 32732
JOIN THE WEEKLY WALK TO WELLNESS IN ARKLOW
Walk to Wellness weekly event was launched recently to the delight of both seasoned fitness fanatics and beginners who want to get some exercise in a friendly and fun environment. The walkers meet at Arklow Cancer Support office at 8 St Marys Road every Monday evening and set off at 7.30pm
MASQUERADE BALL
A fabulous night will take place at the Arklow Bay Hotel on Saturday February 11th as a masquerade ball takes place in aid of Avoca Scouts. Tickets cost €45 and include prosecco on arrival and a three course meal plus an amazing night to remember. Tickets are available from the Arklow Bay Hotel.

Mandie Kinsella of Sherry Fitzgerald Myles Doyle in Arklow has won the Sherry Fitzgerald Administrator of the Year award 2016. Mandie received the award at the company’s annual conference recently. The theme of this year’s event was ‘Exceptional
Service, Exceptional Results’.
