Avoca River Park Site (Formerly IFI):
The Avoca River Park Site (formerly IFI) comprises 250 acres, of which 120 are currently zoned employment. It is the promoter’s vision to redevelop 100 acres of the land zoned for employment industrial purposes and retaining 20 acres of the zoned land for own use. Services to the site include 110 KVA sub station, natural gas, main water, rail access and other infrastructure.
